Disputes, when you pay through the platform
If you paid through Mjeshtri and something goes wrong, a case is opened: the payment freezes and the team decides to release, refund or split it. When you pay directly, the platform holds no money — what remains is the job record and the review you leave.

The customer reviews the tradesperson and the tradesperson reviews the customer. Both publish together, so nobody waits to read the other one first.
