How it works

From posting to payment

The same path for both sides, written out step by step.

For customers

You describe the job, compare offers, and pay only once you confirm it was done.

  1. Describe the job

Pick the trade, write what needs doing, add photos and a rough budget. It takes two minutes and costs nothing.

  2. Compare sealed offers

Tradespeople bid without seeing each other, so the price you get is their real price. You see them all together and choose.

  3. Pay the way that suits you

Pay the tradesperson directly, the way most jobs are paid here — or through the platform, which holds the money until you confirm the work was done properly.

For tradespeople

You get verified once and bid on the jobs you want. The customer pays you directly, or through the platform if they choose that — and then the amount sits secured until the work is confirmed.

  1. Send your profile for verification

Your trades, your service area and your documents. The team reviews them and tells you the decision.

  2. Bid on new jobs

You see open jobs in your area and send your price and timing. Offers stay sealed until the customer chooses.

  3. Do the work and get paid

When the customer confirms the work is done, the amount minus commission lands in your balance and you withdraw it to your bank account.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the money sit until the work is done?
It depends what you choose when you accept an offer. Most jobs are paid directly to the tradesperson — the platform never touches the money at all. If you choose to pay through Mjeshtri, you transfer the amount with a bank reference, we match it against the bank, and it stays secured until you confirm the work is done.
What does it cost?
For customers everything is free — posting, offers and messaging. Tradespeople pay €12.00 a month and no percentage of any job. Until January 1, 2027 the subscription is free for tradespeople too.
What if the work is not done properly?
It depends how you paid. If the payment went through Mjeshtri, you open a dispute from the job page: it freezes immediately, both sides write in the same thread, and the team decides — released, refunded or split. If you paid the tradesperson directly, the platform has no money to freeze and does not decide who was right; what remains is the thread, the job record and the review you leave.
How are tradespeople verified?
Every tradesperson submits a profile with their trades, service area and identity documents. The team reviews them one by one, and only approved profiles can bid.
Are the reviews real?
A review can only be written by someone who had a finished job here, and both sides review each other. Neither publishes until both have written, or until the window closes.
